Made-to-Order Policy

All knives are made to order. A $100 nonrefundable deposit is required to begin crafting your blade. The remaining balance must be paid in full before shipping. Knives will not be shipped until payment is completed.

Flat rate shipping: $10.00
We ship within the United States only
Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS with tracking
You will receive tracking information once your order is on the way and paid in full

Turnaround Time

Because each knife is handmade, please allow for production time. The estimated completion timeframe on most orders is 2-4 weeks.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the custom nature of each knife, all sales are final. However, if your knife arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
